Ideas.
Menschen Agency was founded as a response to a market needs for mediation in employment, primarily for German-speaking countries. Of course, today, in the era of the Internet and the modern movement of services – ther are no restrictions or limits. Therefore, our "core business" - employment mediation in the country and abroad - is not limited only to Germany, but we also work at the local level and everywhere where we are expected to provide our service. We are limited only by our imagination and willingness to be commited and work hard in order to deliver world-class services in the fields in which we operate. Of course, we have the appropriate license and work permit for employment mediation of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Serbia.
Life and work experience.
With great conviction we can say that we have diverse life experiences. It is not just a characteristic of the profession, which we have done, but also of the life situations and environments in which we have lived and worked. We have gone from one specific to another completely opposite field of work, have founded businesses and developed them into a third filed of work, worked in companies with more than 25 000 employees, but also led teams of people in companies of 150 and less employees , educated our generations, received blows and awards, fallen or risen, and always looked for something new.
Holistic approach.
Our approach is holistic. We are able deal with the problem from a broader perspective and find very simple solutions. We strive to be focused on the customer and we are focused on excellence in providing our services. There are no straightforward solutions for us. We are proud of the the fact that we consider ourselves extremely competent to choose the right people and help people to make great products and deliver excellent services. We put a person, namely his personality, at the center of our focus, - personality which is most important, because it is a thing that intices, spurs and feeds one's curiosity.
We believe in people.
Our basic concept in business is a concept of trust, shaped through five diverse dimensions:
- Integrity - based on honesty and sincerity;
- Competence - based on professional and interpersonal knowledge and skills;
- Consistency - based on reliability, predictability, and good judgment when it comes to managing the situation;
- Loyalty - based on a desire to protect the people, both physically and emotionally

The world in which we live.
We recognize the importance and significance of environmental protection. We are confident that we should provide for our successors a better and more beautiful environment where they would live in relation to the one we inherited from our ancestors. Therefore we shared a part of our commitment to create various projects in the field of environmental protection: special attention is paid to industrial pollution and for the the needs of the clients we are competent to do projects in the field of waste management and packaging waste management, as well as the most complex projects in the sector of integrated prevention of environmental pollution of the environment - obtaining IPPC permit (currently there are only a few of these permits issued in Serbia).
We live our values.
We believe in the the concept of lifelong learning. We think that education does not end when we finish high school or college. We also do not see the essential difference between formal and non-formal education: one can simply perform the job for ,which one is engaged, well or less successfully. In our system of values the life and work experience are at the top and are of valuable importance, because knowledge can be acquired, while the life and work experience are gained during time. We believe that further education and training of the working-age population upon the completion of the formal education, is the key to success and it is decisive advantage that one nation acquires in relation to the other nations. Therefore, we have decided that one part of our business should be focused on informal educational content and training sessions, workshops which will find its way to our service users through training centers for English, German, programming mobile games, math, web design, career planning and many others.

For those jobs that we believe that we do not do them in the best way we cooperate with those who are doing it in a remarkable way. So we get the synergy effect of the services we provide. We are always open for cooperation and new ideas.
